My post is <a href=\"http:\/\/epatientdave.com\/2013\/11\/08\/patients-in-power-conference-european-charter-of-patient-rights\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>. They view being an active empowered patient as just part of a being an active, empowered citizen. How great is that??
