- Lenox Hill Project (medical center apart of Long Island Jewish that wants to train their medical students to understand the patient experience better) IHI
- 1 year long curriculum is involving IHI but strong SPM identity
- Immediate need: Looking at ways to bring in funding (Lenox Hill will match funding we bring in)
- Our members are hungry for this information but we need the Strategic Plan finalized
- As we talk with groups like Best Doctors Association, Digital Health Coalition we need to get that strategic plan finalized

- Illiana and Fred were already looking into new platforms as a small working group when the larger list serve discussion came up
- Ozmosis, Google Groups, – final report by next call.
- Cost not an issue $240 isn’t a problem – finding a platform that most people are happy with that helps us move forward
- new platform will be offered (whatever it is) while keeping the list serve
- We’re glad change and discussion is happening around the list serve –Â we see this as a difficult but welcomed mark of community growth.
- Important that the membership knows that this was an issue even before this became an issue on the listserv and that we want to take action
