Executive Committee Minutes. April 18, 2013

Governance

The Executive Committee designated the president and treasurer as the two signatories on all Society financial documents when signatories are needed. Additionally, to comply with current regulations, the newly appointed official registered agent of SPM is a registered agent company in the State of New York, where SPM is incorporated.

Board Logistics

A full board retreat is being planned for early fall. At that time the new board will officially be installed.

Seal Program

A pilot to test the Seal Program with patients and physicians is currently in the planning stages.

Fundraising.

There was a discussion of how specific, targeted webinars might be used to bring in revenue to SPM.
