Membership Development Action Items:

Develop clearly stated one page benefits of membership factsheet, Nancy and Hugo

Members and board members to provide prospective member contacts. Barbara to follow up.

Letter to go out to members asking them to invite friends and colleagues to join SPM

Review of the membership structure and fees

Member survey to be developed and presented to the executive committee for review. Each executive committee member to contribute two questions to be included.

Develop process to get membership leads from our current web site

Seal Update  

Seal committee is working on a marketing and roll out plan. Blue Shield of California will pilot test the program. It will launch with patients in a specific geographic area. Dates to be announced.
