Report from a Strategy Meeting of the President, President-Elect and Board Chairmen and Immediate Past President

The participants at this meeting developed a strategic framework for SPM going forward which consists of:

1. Build out the existing infrastructure of SPM communications and publications to serve as a platform to drive our leadership in participatory medicine. This would include capturing and documenting e-Patient stories from our members to contribute to a greater understanding of participatory medicine.

2. Engage our membership to evolve SPM into an innovation hub.

Next step is to map out a tactical plan.
