Director of Development
An offer was extended to Julia Pagan. Upon her acceptance she will be welcomed by the group, introduced to our members, and invited to join us on the Executive Committee calls.

Web Site updates

John Grohol is currently doing our web maintenance. The group discussed the idea of having a web master responsible for reviewing the website, and adding continuous news and info. We will look for an intern for this work.

We also discussed and agreed to create a plan and budget for crowd-funding website improvements. Carla will work on that.

Project Manger

Our new project manager Katy Smali described the projects she is working on including: oversight of the final work to complete our RWJF grant; development of an internship program; and management of virtual round tables for our corporate sponsors.

AMIA (American Medical Informatics Association)

Danny outlined the parameters for a potential partnership with AMIA in which some of our members would participate in the AMIA conference and other members could attend the conference with complimentary passes. Everyone agreed that these partnerships are beneficial in many ways to SPM and to our members.

The Seal Program
We discussed the Seal Program and what is needed to complete the technical programming, as well as what it will take to map out the marketing plan to launch the program.
