HIMSS
We discussed our role and visibility at HIMSS April 12 – 16 in Chicago and decided we would create a button for attendees. Our Director of Development, Julia Pagan will be at HIMSS to assist.  There is a patient engagement session on Sunday April 12 that  several of our members are involved with, including: Danny Sands, Dave deBronkart, Jonathan Wald and Jane Sarasohn-Kahn

Participatory Medicine Guidelines: Survey and Interviews
In just one week, over 1/3 of our members have responded to the survey we distributed on what participatory medicine means. We will put the survey out for one more week to collect additional responses.
Executive Committee members are also interviewing random members to collect their thoughts and anecdotal stories. Deadline for completion is April 22. All of this will be aggregated into a 4-5 page document that represents our membership’s view on participatory medicine at this time.
