Member Interaction
Wireside Chat On Thursday November 19 at 4 pm, SPM will hold a real-time Q&A to to provide a forum for dialogue between our members and the leadership of SPM. The Wireside chat will be held on Google Hangouts. This will be a pilot session with the intent that it becomes a recurring virtual meeting. Log in information will be sent out to the membership soon.
The Learning Exchange: Sarah reminded us that we are still trying to set up the pilot for the learning exchange which provides an opportunity for SPM members to share with their colleagues the work they are doing and the accomplishments they have achieved on behalf of participatory medicine.
Facebook and our Listserv: The Executive Committee is encouraging more members to become involved on our Facebook page in addition to participating on our listserv. Members can sign up for the S4PM Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/participatorymedicine/
Conference Involvement
We have been invited to become involved participants in Medical Informatics World to be held in Boston in the spring, 2016. SPM members will be asked to speak on panels and we will have a table in the exhibit area. Our brochure will be distributed to conference attendees.
We have a similar arrangement with Connected Health which will be held on October 29, 30 in Boston.
