A survey was conducted by ORC International of 1,012 U.S. based adults via landline and mobile phone on behalf of the Society. Highlights of the results are: 88% of patients believe that working with their healthcare professional as a partner will help them manage and improve their overall health and 84% believe that self-tracking their health data and sharing it with their health professionals between visits will help them better manage their health.
Danny reported that a press release will being sent out in early January via PR newswire to health publications throughout the U.S. and an infographic is being developed which will be circulated to the media as well.
