Our Society for Participatory Medicine is a partner with EngagingPatients.org. Founded in 2013, Engaging Patients is particularly focused on the communication aspects of participatory medicine. They asked us to share this announcement.
EngagingPatients.org is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the 2016 John Q. Sherman Award for Excellence in Patient Engagement.
The award, which was created in 2014, recognizes outstanding programs in patient engagement. One winner will receive an all-expenses paid trip to the National Patient Safety Foundation Annual Congress in Scottsdale, Arizona from May 23-25.
Deadline to nominate is March 11, 2016. You can nominate someone here.
