    • Jen developed strategy (see slides)
    • Mary: relates to the way measurement is done (measuring the relationship between patient and provider is of interest from funders); talks about Samantha Dougherty who has been working on a PM business case (possible podcast?)
    • Brenda likes idea of video/stories/discussion of patient-provider relationship
    • Mary: review Beryl data for new ideas
    • Julianne: don’t ignore the insurance POV. Any correlation?  Decision-making

Travel Award Implementation
