About Organization Membership
Being a member of the Society for Participatory Medicine is a great way to show your support for participatory medicine. There are four levels of membership open to organizations plus individual membership. Here’s the information about organization membership.
Gold Level Organization Membership Benefits:
- Use of the SPM Gold Member Logo on corporate website and Company literature
- Use of the SPM Gold Member Logo on corporate PowerPoint Presentations
- Gold Membership level listed on the Society for Participatory Medicine website
- Six tickets to a Society Dinner to be held in conjunction with a major healthcare event
- Annual dues: $20,000
Silver Level Organization Membership Benefits:
- Use of the SPM Silver Member Logo on corporate website and Company literature
- Use of the SPM Silver Member Logo on corporate PowerPoint Presentations
- Silver Membership level listed on the Society for Participatory Medicine website
- Four tickets to a Society Dinner to be held in conjunction with a major healthcare event
- Annual dues: $10,000
Bronze Level Organization Membership Benefits:
- Use of the SPM Bronze Member Logo on corporate website and Company literature
- Use of the SPM Bronze Member Logo on corporate PowerPoint Presentations
- Bronze Membership level listed on the Society for Participatory Medicine website
- Two tickets to a Society Dinner to be held in conjunction with a major healthcare event
- Annual dues: $5,000
Innovator Organization Membership Benefits:
- Use of the SPM Innovator Organization Member Logo on corporate website and Company literature
- Use of the SPM Innovator Organization Member Logo on corporate PowerPoint Presentations
- Innovator Organization Membership level listed on the Society for Participatory Medicine website
- The organization must have 5 or fewer full-time employees OR less than
$500,000 in annual revenues/investments to apply to this membership category - Annual dues: $250
Only Innovator Organizations can join online. All other companies and organizations must fill out the application form and fax or mail it to us.
