Strategic Plan, Strategic Initiative, Bi-monthly Town Halls.  Discussion of member response to question: “What can SPM do for you?” Will aim to add to this as member thoughts come in.  Interest in patient stories.

“A look to the past; a look at current activities; a look to future.” Sarah agrees and thinks should be overall goal of conference. Discussion of making a video. 2.5 minutes long. Burt, Danny, Eric should be involved. They should have budget call soon. There is provision in By-laws for compensation to Producer. “Save the Date” blast on Mail Chimp coming up.
