The short answer is “plenty” but the longer one will have to wait. This is a work in progress, but in the meantime, I’m surfing the net and finding great stuff to share. In particular, see this video or read the transcript of ethicist Harriet Washington being interviewed by Amy Goodman. Together they discuss the impact of corporate culture on healthcare and medical research. This should be of critical interest to participatory medicine and the OWS protests.

When my partner George Por send me this earlier today I felt tremendous joy and gratitude to you all for your wonderful pioneering work.
I work as a Medical Herbalist with a charity called Living Medicine (www.livingmedicine.org) and I feel absolutely passioante about helping people to become participants in their own health journey. I also work in Psychiatry where a participatory model has not yet found resonance.
I have been feeling very much on my own when talking about the impact of corporate culture on healthcare and medical research.
How can we collaborate?
My project is to start a Commons of Health & Wellbeing and with the Occupy movement this has now a real chance to scale up.
